Today I was able to see the house myself and am happy with how it looks. There’s still so much outstanding and big ticket items like the leaky bathroom roof, dented flashing and roof panels and there’s still no garage door on one side and some waterproofing on doors but at least it’s coming together…if the roof isn’t done and some of the larger items that prevent the home from being habitable or used for its intended purpose I don’t think we will be signing off on PCI.
I love the kitchen splash back and stained doors. These pictures don’t even do them justice.
